Video marketing that keeps its promises

We count turnaround time as the time from our initial Creative Session, through to the final delivery of your video.

For a project basis, our turnaround time is around 6 - 8 weeks. For events, we can do things in under 24 hours if needed (sometimes editing live on the day of the shoot!). Finally for retainer clients, we work on a 2 - 3 week turnaround.

We both do! Our process is to first understand the video strategy that is going to align best with your current marketing strategies. That’s really our forte. In our Creative Session we'll work through a series of questions, including who your audience is, what sales activities you're doing, and your overall marketing messages.

Using the information from our in-depth Creative Session, we'll then propose a number of ideas, concepts, interview questions and even storyboards. The whole process is collaborative, so we work with you every step of the way - whilst always ensuring that we're giving you value through our ideas, concepts and best practice.

All of our projects include one free round of changes. Our retainer clients are eligible for more rounds of changes, based on the chosen retainer level.

For the majority of projects, travel is included. If we do need to charge travel as an extra, we will always let you know when quoting.

For one-off projects, we require a 50% deposit and then 50% upon delivery of the first edit. For retainer clients, we charge a flat monthly fee.

The majority of our shoots require a two person crew, made up of a Camera Operator and a Producer. Depending on what we're shooting, crews can grow to full teams of 10 or more.

Each of our clients, whether they're working with us on a one-project or an ongoing retainer, have a dedicated project manager with whom they communicate directly. Making a video can involved a lot of moving parts, so we do our best to keep things as organised as possible, and generally make your life easier!

Brand image is so important to us, and is part of what makes each video so unique.

During our Creative Session, we'll go through your ethos as a brand, to allow us to get a deeper understanding of the tone of the video and how you want your brand to be perceived. We'll look at your current marketing assets, as well as any previous videos you've made - and we'll of course ask for your full brand guidelines, logos and fonts.

We're happy to offer one-off projects. This is perfect for events, promotional videos, one-off explainers and even product launches. We understand that sometimes you just need to get one video in the bag and out there, and we are happy to support you with this.

Furthermore, you don't have to commit to the retainer model, even if you want multiple projects - we just generally advise that you do, as it provides better value for money and faster turnaround times!
