We recently worked with IMSM, Wiltshire-based ISO specialists with offices across the globe. Our challenge with IMSM was to make the most of their many brand advocates and use these glowing testimonials to help them build trust amongst potential new clients.
Case study videos are always fun to shoot, but they’re even easier when you’re working with people who are such big fans of the brand in question – IMSM’s clients were super enthusiastic about their ISO experiences, which made our job a breeze. All we had to do was capture their thoughts, and craft them into compelling video case studies for IMSM to feature across their marketing channels.
Nick Kumar, Marketing Manager from IMSM explains their motivation for creating the case study videos; “We wanted to capture testimonials from some of our clients who have really seen, and continue to see, the benefit to their business of having an ISO. A video testimonial really has so much more impact than words on a page; hearing from real people makes it far more relatable.”
We couldn’t agree more – viewers tend to retain around 95% of a message when delivered in video form, compared to 10% of written content. The emotive element of a great case study video establishes a personal connection with the audience and helps drive the decision-making process by building valuable trust with your brand.
When it came to the shoots, we headed off to visit IMSM’s clients at their own premises, allowing us to tell the full story of how ISO certification has helped them step up their businesses.
